Welcome to Heaven & Earth!

Are you struggling with personal or professional obstacles? Do you often feel as if you're in a sea of uncertainty and not sure
which way to move forward? Feeling the energetic mud and muck and not sure how to get out of it?

You're not alone.

It may not be much comfort, but it's true; you are not alone. I have personally found that fear can keep us stuck in these 'holding'
patterns. I once asked a colleague how to move through procrastination. She told me that 'procrastination is just another name
for fear'. And, she was right. Once I started getting quiet and listening to my intuition, I realized that I was stuck in deep fear. It
didn't matter what the fear was, I was stuck in that awful space of not moving, not feeling motivated and not feeling as if anything
mattered. Sure, there were days that were great, and you could move full steam ahead and then there were days that you just
wanted to veg in front of the TV and not talk to anybody, read anything or communicate with anyone. Those days are OK too, as
long as they happen once in awhile. If they were a part of your daily life, I would suggest seeking help immediately from a
qualified professional practitioner. As I have mentioned before, I am a huge advocate for counseling and therapy. It has saved
my sanity and life more than once. There is no shame in asking for help. It takes great strength to ask for help, it should never
be considered a sign of weakness.

I have a challenge for you this month. I would like you to think of something that is fearful to you that you would like to overcome.
And, I would like you
send me an email of what your fear was, what you did to overcome it and how you feel now. Next month, I
will feature some emails I received (your identity will be protected) to share with others.

Now, my deep fear is being in places I can't get out of. I have never took an airplane trip in my life. I have never flown. At the end
of August, I am flying, for the very first time to visit family in Ohio. From where I am leaving out of, it should be about an hour and
twenty minute plane ride. Am I scared? Oh YES! Why am I doing it?

That's simple. In order to move forward and truly experience all that life has to offer, I need to start living a more fulfilling life and
get out of my comfort zone. I have professed all my life to embrace change, and what have I done to invite change in my life? Not
very much outside of my comfort zone. So, like Julia Roberts in Eat, Pray, Love (not as extreme though, I can't afford those
destinations......yet), I want to find what I've been missing. I want to face my fear and do it anyway! All my life, I've lived in the
shadows. It is time for me, to live in the light.

So, I will blog and post about my very first airplane adventure in next months blog. Or you can catch my updates on
Facebook. I
invite you to join our Keys for Intuitive Living facebook page.

Are you ready to stop living in fear and start living a more authentic life? I hope so.
I would love to hear from you.

Until next month, please practice acts of kindness toward yourself and others!

With Grace and Gratitude,
Donna
