Heaven & Earth is a holistic and spiritual healing collaborative dedicated to empowering you to heal your body, mind, spirit and
soul through healing sessions, information and experiential classes, workshops and events. Our goal is to bring you the
information and resources you need to help you empower yourself gain confidence, feel good and live life in a spiritual and
holistic way.
We started this website a few years ago and in my mind, it will never be completed, because when we feel something is completed,
we no longer work toward making it better. We will actively update this site with information and resources that will help you
along this journey of life.
Heaven & Earth is a labor of love for me. It is my way of giving back for all the good I have in my life. It is the gratitude I feel
toward events and people who make doing this work a blessing. I have found my own path in life through learning to live in a
holistic spiritual way. Am I there yet? Not by a long shot, but the journey is just that...a journey.......if we could just remember
that life is a journey and not a destination, then the gifts we receive each day will only enhance our time on earth and help us
become closer to our higher selves.
