
What happens after I register for a class?
Once you register, we will confirm your registration. The class will not be held unless we have at least 2 people interested in taking the
class.
How can I pay for the class?
Once we confirm we have enough registrants for the class, we will send you an invoice via email. We will not accept any payment until
we have the class confirmed. We us paypal for our credit card processing. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to
make payment. All you need is a valid credit card to make a payment. We prefer payment for all classes and workshops prior to the
class. By having the transactions complete prior to the class, we are able to focus on starting the class on time without handing any
transactions.
Below is the timetable for paying through an invoice, money order or paying the day of the class:
Credit Card Payments: Can be made up until 1-hour before the class start time via internet or telephone. If you are
paying with a credit card in person at the time of the class, please plan on arriving 10 minutes before the class to
complete the transaction.
Check: Please mail the check 10-days prior to the date of the class. Any returned checks not honored by the bank will
incur a $25.00 fee. If you opt to pay by check, we will send you the remittance information via email. We cannot accept
any checks the day of the class.
Money Order: Must be received 5-days prior to the date of the class. Money Orders can be used for payment the day of
the class.
Cash: We can accept cash the day of the class.
What if I registered for a class and already paid and cannot attend?
All transactions are final for classes and workshops. If you cannot make the scheduled class or workshop, then you will be given a
credit to use toward another class or service offered by Heaven & Earth. We do not make any cash or credit card refunds. Please be
sure when registering that you are able to attend the class. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we may
try to fill your spot with someone who may be on a waiting list for the class or workshop.
What happens if the class gets cancelled?
If we do not have at least 2 registrants/participants, then we will reschedule that class. Please note that we do reserve the right to
cancel or reschedule a class if there are not at least two participants. We will notify you within 3 days of the class should we
cancel/reschedule.
What happens once I register and pay for the class?
Once you register, and we confirm your registration, we will send you an email (provided you have supplied us with one during your
registration) confirming your class selection. Please be sure to read the email thoroughly and notify us of any errors or changes
immediately.In regard to the Reiki Certification classes, a week before the class, if you have provided an email, we will send you an
email reminder for the class and an invoice for payment. You can pay via the invoice with a credit card or arrange to pay the day of
the class with cash or money order. You will need to confirm with us your payment preference. It is imperative to respond to the email.
If you do not respond to the email, we will assume you are no longer interested in attending and you will be dropped from the class.
With the Reiki Certification classes, if we do not have at least 2 people registered for the class, we will need to reschedule the class.
Where do I mail payment?
Once you have registered and chosen to mail in payment, I will provide the mailing address to send payment. Please note, that we
must receive your check at least 10 days prior to the class if you opted to pay with a check.
Where are the classes held?
All classes are either held at our healing space in North Smithfield, RI or at our office in Medfield, MA. This information will be
communicated on the class schedule.
I don’t have email, how can I register?
If you do not have an email address or internet access, please call Donna Gaudette at (401) 286-1852 to register. If you get our
voicemail, please leave a detailed message including your name, phone number and the class for which you are registering and we
will return your call promptly. Please do not leave any credit card information on the voicemail.
How early should I arrive for the class/workshop?
Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before the start of the class or workshop. If you are going to be paying for the class on that
day, please plan to arrive 15-minutes before the start time.
How can I get on your mailing list for upcoming classes/events?
Just register on the website for the newsletter for classes and workshops.
What is included with the class/workshop?
On the class/workshop detail page, we have listed what the registration includes. We will be supplying all materials needed for the
class or workshop and provide light refreshments. For the Reiki Certification program, please visit that page to find out what is
included with the certification.
I noticed that the Reiki Certification classes are much longer than the regular classes, are there breaks? What
about lunch?
For the 2-3 hour classes/workshops, we will take a 15 minute break to have some light refreshments. For anything longer than 4
hours we will take (2) 10-minute breaks for refreshments. For the longer classes, such as reiki, we will take breaks throughout the
class and will take an hour lunch break. Lunch will be provided for the class participants. Lunch usually consists of light fare such as
deli meats, finger rolls, salads, quiche, desserts, etc. If you have particular dietary restrictions, you are welcome to bring your lunch, a
we have full kitchen accomodations.
