learning more about fibromyalgia to massage and to yoga. There are over 100 different healing terms and healing modalities listed on this
page. You can click on any one of them to learn more about it. On the Healing Services page, you can see what we offer for healing
treatments and sessions. On the Resources page, you will find hundreds of links that I have visited on my holistic journey and thought

Although this site has a dual role: to bring information and enlightenment, it is also meant to bring you options in holistic healing. All
the healing services offered are offered by a licensed and certified practitioner. We believe in healing the body as a whole..hence the name

When we first began this site over two years ago (hard to believe its been that long already!), we weren't sure how it would turn out,
but from the very beginning, I stressed that this site would always be a work in progress. It is our goal, our mission to bring you
information, enlightenment and help empower YOU to heal your body, mind, spirit and soul in a holistic way. From the feedback and
emails we have received, it looks as if you have gained some insight and inspiration by browsing our sites.
We are firm believers in learning everything we can and sharing that information with you. This is why we have diversified our
interests and developed other informative sites that will help you on your journey. Within this site, you can navigate between all the
sites associated with Heaven & Earth. Please take the time to visit them, we are sure you will be pleasantly surprised at the ease of
navigation and the information gathered on the more than 200 pages these sites encompass.
As a holistic healing practitioner, we offer healing sessions for massage therapy, reiki, energy therapies, chakra alignment,
hypnotherapy, intuitive healing, intuitive readings, spiritual life coaching and we also facilitate classes and workshops.

Heaven & Earth Gift Shop
Our online shop is being built and we are open for business! We are adding products daily to the shop and we have to admit, it is a major
undertaking as we are building it ourselves to be able have control over the design and implementation of it all. It is active and are
welcome to shop, browse and continue to keep checking back for updates. If there is something in particular you are looking for and can't
find it, drop us an email and we'll see what can do to find it for you.
Message Board
We are excited to bring this to you! You can share information with other like-minded people, share stories of inspiration and share
affirmations, tips and tools for holistic and spiritual healing, etc. Registration is free and the board is monitored.
Interactive Calendar of Events
This is so cool! All of our classes, workshops and events are on this interactive calendar. Simply click on the date that shows a planned
event and you will be able to see everything associated with that date. We will begin populating future months as we get events, classes
and workshops lined up. You'll be able to also click on dates that we'll have specials just for you for visiting our site and visiting our
calendar.

Our guest book allows you to leave comments, suggestions, etc., for others to see.
Multimedia
Many of you have told us or emailed us that you love the music on the site. We are happy to hear that! Our music selections will be
available to listen all on one page, like a radio station. We will also have a photo album with pictures of our offices,
therapists/practitioners and of some of the events/workshops we do. We plan on introducing videos and webinars in the near future. On
this site, in the very near future, we will offer free downloads of guided meditations, visualizations, etc. There will also be lots of free stuff
to help you on your holistic journey.

your guests/clients/patients/customers/employees can get to experience what Reiki, Reflexology, Chair Massage, Intuitive Healing and

Internet Radio
We will be hosting our own live call in program in the fall of 2008. You will be able to call in live and talk with any guests and myself. All
of these shows will be available as a podcast and can be downloaded for free from Itunes or from our site.
Teleclasses/Webinars
Have you heard of teleclasses or webinars? It seems to be the new technology that allows people from all over the world to participate in
seminars and classes via the internet. We are diligently working to bring to you live teleclasses and webinars for those who cannot attend
the classes or workshops. Some of the fascinating and interesting classes we will be offering are, "How to Connect with Angels, Guides
