Holistic Healing approaches all parts of the individual, not just the physical aspect of a person where manifested
illnesses are often most apparent.
No aspect (mind, body, spirit, or emotions) of a person is overlooked when an holistic treatment is sought. The
holistic healer looks at the "whole person" in order to make his or her complete evaluation and uses all information
gathered before suggested treatments to the client are offered. Please note: a holistic practitioner is not a
medical doctor and cannot treat, diagnose or prescribe medications. You should ALWAYS consult your physician
for any health issues or illnesses. A holistic practitioner can work with your physician to help you.
Types of Holistic Healing Therapies and Treatments
Aromatherapy, Ayurveda medicine, natural diet, exercise, counseling, herbal remedies, homeopathy, acupuncture,
naturopathic medicine, bodywork, energy-based therapies, prayerful intention, and traditional Chinese medicine
are just a few of the more well known holistic therapies available today.
A healer does not use their hands alone to heal….they encompass everything they are and everything they have to
help you heal yourself. Their heart has to be in it and their intention will flow through the energy they share with

Probably one of the most common mistake people make is withholding breath. There are far too many shallow
breathers on the planet.
What color is your aura?
Our auras are like magnets picking up vibrational energies that are floating around everywhere we go. It is
important to cleanse our auras frequently to free them of foreign vibrations and negative energies.
How deep is your roots?
When our spirits choose to incarnate into a human body it is understood that we are to respect and honor this
outer garment we wear. There is much information and learning that can be accessed from our Earth energies when
we grow our roots.
Are You Staying Within Your Own Energetic Boundaries?
