This session is similar and related to hypnotherapy and the two terms are interchangeable.
The client will either meet with the practitioner for the initial consultation or a phone consultation can be done. The
questions that are asked will determine the script written for
their particular issue. Each session is based on your individual healing needs and no two sessions are alike.
We will need at least a week to prepare the script and record it. The client will come in for the session and the session
will take about 20-25 minutes. It’s the prep time that takes the longest.
Prior to the start of the session the client will sit or lie (your preference) quietly for about 5-7 minutes and listen to
relaxing music, this will be the transition period between the arrival and the session.
The client will receive a recorded version of the session for them to listen to on their own. The session includes phone or
email support for 2 weeks following the session.
Guided Visualization can be used in conjunction with Aromatherapy.
