Energy Balancing, Energy Therapies, Energy Medicine are all broad terms for any type of healing that smooths out,
manipulates, restores or balances the flow of energy within the body. In treating a client, the practitioner will look at
the pattern of energy flow in one of more of these pathways and manipulate energy wherever it is blocked. This is not
painful and the client remains fully clothed during the session. Energy healing can also release emotional energy and
create an increased awareness of mind-body patterns that contribute to energy imbalances.
Some people who receive an energy healing session note an immediate decrease in their stress level.
Integrative Holistic Energy Therapy is when we combine up to three holistic healing modalities in a session. Clients can
choose from up to 3 of the following to have a customized session:
Holistic Massage
Focus Massage
Reiki
Chakra Balancing
Guided Visualization (not to be confused with guided visualization for positive change)
Vibrational Healing
Crystal Healing (modified program)
Aromatherapy
The session is designed around your particular healing needs and will encompass up to 3
Healing modalities per session.
When scheduling your session, we will ask you to complete a simple client history form which includes a brief health
history. Some medications, including over the counter medications and supplements, along with certain health conditions
may be contraindicated for your session. We will not schedule a session for you if we feel it would not be in your best
interest from a health and wellness standpoint.
By completing the health history form, this allows us to determine if this type of session is beneficial for your healing
needs. We take great pride in preparing for your session; We take the time needed to make special blends for
aromatherapy, to choose session appropriate music, to choose the right table linens, etc.
