The Holistic/Spiritual Consultant will work with you from a Mind, Body, Spirit perspective. Simply put, it means that
the Holistic/Spiritual Consultant works from the premise that if the body feels miserable, it is the result of negative
thinking and feelings and low spiritual energy.
When the spirit of the person is low, it affects the body as well as how one feels and thinks. The Holistic/Spiritual
Consultant sees this connection with the Mind, Body and Spirit and works with the individual from this perspective.
Holistic Life Coaching sessions can be considered 'talk therapy' to help those who want to find another way to
empower their lives through 'whole' living. We will use affirmations, spiritual Connotations, mind/body analogies,
metaphysical exercises and more to look at your life to discover and chart where you should go next. Many of the
practices are based on Louise Hay's most popular, "You can Heal your life" program and Sonia Choquettes book, “Your
Hearts Desire".
The Holistic/Spiritual Consultant will be your guide. They’ll teach you self-help empowerment skills to increase your
coping ability, lower your anxiety and enhance your spiritual connection within yourself and your belief systems.
Spirituality is not religion based, but faith based. You will need to inform your Consultant of your preference in
terminology for the Divine.
Clients who did not take advantage of the complimentary consultation will need to submit a completed form at least
five days prior to the appointment. We encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary consultations we offer.
This will allow the practitioner to see if and how we can help to empower you with the tools necessary to heal your life
from the inside out based on holistic and spiritual life coaching.
Often times, its just re-learning a new way to look at your life and situations and apply
the basics of whole life thinking to create and facilitate positive change

| Sessions 45 Minute Session...................$35.00 60 Minute Session................$50.00 For clients needing more than one session, follow up sessions are: $25.00 for a 45 minute session or $40.00 for a 60 minute session. Follow up phone support/email support is included with any session. |
