All clients are required to read our policies prior
to scheduling an appointment.
Session Policies for Heaven & Earth
Upon scheduling your appointment, if you have provided us an email, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment.
Depending on the type of session you have scheduled, you may be required to complete client information forms. We will
send them to you either via email,  or mail them.

If they are sent via email simply open the file, print and then complete them. Be sure to take them with you for your
scheduled appointment. If you are not able to complete the forms prior to your appointment, please plan on arriving at
least 15 minutes before your session to complete the necessary paperwork.

We reserve the right to ask for a physician or clinicians referral for any underlying health issues that may be impacted
by an energy work session or therapeutic session.

We reserve the right to adjust sessions without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse scheduling a session if we feel any of our healing services would not be in your best
interest.
