beginners meditation class, you will learn that you don’t have to stop the ‘chatter’. In this fun experiential class you
will be with like-minded people who will lend support to the process because everyone is there for the same reason: to

why? Taking this class will give you some insight into why we are drawn to particular minerals and crystals. Our body
sometimes knows more than we do and when its calling out for something that its missing or lacking, we intuitively
can feel drawn to a particular color, stone, song, place, etc.
In this class, “Healing with Crystal Energies”, you will understand and learn:
* Brief history of crystal healing
* Why we are drawn to certain colors, shapes, textures of the stones
* The metaphysical properties of the more popular stones
* The stones associated with the chakra system
